Established in 1982, Grange looks after homes in retirement living developments, general residential properties, and offices and business units for commercial clients.

Grange works with residents’ associations, right to manage directors, resident management companies, leaseholders, landlords, developers, investors and housing associations.

Its services range from all aspects of facilities management to dealing with ground rent and service charges, providing consultancy on lease issues, and managing repairs and refurbishments.

Grange manages a wide variety of properties – from business units in Chelsea, London, to Graylingwell Park in Chichester, West Sussex - one of the largest zero carbon housing developments in the UK.

As with all our companies, 100 per cent of Grange’s profits are reinvested in our work to provide affordable housing and develop communities.
