A non-executive director of The Housing Finance Corporation, he is also a Trustee of the children’s cancer charity CLIC Sargent.

Mark is Clarion Housing Group’s Chief Financial Officer and is a chartered accountant, having qualified with Deloittes. He is a Board Member and deputy chair of the National Housing Federation and is also a member of the Citizen’s Advice Trustee Board. 

Clare MillerClare Miller, Company Secretary

Clare is Clarion Housing Group’s Company Secretary, having been Affinity Sutton’s Group Director of Governance and Compliance since June 2010.

Before this she was an Executive Director of the TSA where she was responsible for the regulation of housing associations in England. Prior to that she worked for the Housing Corporation, where she led the financial regulatory work dealing with associations in special measures. Clare is a chartered accountant, qualifying with Coopers and Lybrand.

Neil is the Chief Executive Officer of Clarion Housing Group’s Housing Association.  

 Jonathan Cawthra Jonathan Cawthra, HR Director

Jonathan is responsible for creating a culture in which all staff have the opportunity and commitment to make a real contribution to the success of Clarion Housing Group. Before joining Affinity Sutton in 2003, Jonathan held a number of senior roles at Royal Mail, latterly as Communications Director.

Austen ReidAusten Reid, Director of Transition

Austen is Clarion Housing Group’s Director of Transition. He has significant property and social sector experience, having worked at Circle Housing, Catalyst, The Hyde Group and Savills.

Kerry Kyriacou, Group Director of Development

Kerry Kyriacou brings with him extensive experience in both commercial and residential development. His background as a qualified architect and member of the Royal Institute of British Architects has influenced Clarion Housing Group’s strong commitment to creating well designed homes and communities.  His development career began in industry working for Smiths Group, a large multi-national group and then went on to architecture practice.

Michelle Reynolds, Group Director of Commercial Services

Michelle heads up the commercial and charitable arm of Clarion Housing Group, namely: looking after Centra’s care and support services; our repairs businesses ASR, CBS and CHPS; property management company, Grange; and property exchange service Homeswapper. In addition, Michelle oversees the Group's two charitable foundations.

With over twenty five years experience in the sector, Michelle has held various roles including previous directorships at Affinity Sutton and William Sutton, and was Chief Executive of Aashyana, the first Asian-led housing association in the South West.
