London City Island is a new neighbourhood on the Leamouth Peninsula in Tower Hamlets. The 12 acre site is surrounded by water and connected by a specially commissioned bridge. The site, which will provide over 1,600 new homes and 20,000 square metres of office space on completion, has been developed by the Eco World Ballymore.

In addition to new homes and commercial space, the scheme provides community facilities and a waterpark, and is located a short walk from Canning Town station via a newly built bridge.

Clarion Housing was selected to work with Eco World Ballymore as their S106 partner to deliver the affordable housing element of the scheme. This is Harmony House, an 18 storey tower which contains 104 apartments for social rent, with between one and five bedrooms.
