We help our residents manage their money more effectively, by providing expert guidance on budgeting, priority support for high quality debt advice, access to affordable loans, and by giving support to reduce energy usage. Core to Clarion Futures Money is the provision of online banking, loans and savings products with our national banking partner, Leeds Credit Union, which offers a viable and ethical alternative to high cost credit.

For our residents in most need, we also provide grants through our ‘hardship fund’, to help them get a good start for their new tenancy. We also provide an extensive programme to support our residents get online and access the myriad benefits of the internet from money saving deals to job opportunities, better customer services and social interaction for more house bound vulnerable customers.
