We offer high quality, innovative regeneration skills, an excellent understanding of community issues and needs together with a proven track record in delivering successful schemes.

One of the first to adopt a cross subsidy approach to funding, our experience includes the regeneration of our own estates and of working in close partnership with local authorities.

We understand that there is no one size fits all approach and, for example, we are currently working with Westminster City Council as a development partner, through whch the affordable element will be passed back to the Council on completion. We also recognise the need for good quality engagement with existing residents and the local community and our dedicated liaison team lead on this.

Our regeneration work is complemented and enhanced by our Group's award winning community investment team, who lead on a range of initiatives including developing resident led community centres, providing work and training opportunities and tackling digital and financial inclusion. Our community grant programme also provides an opportunity for residents to lead on projects that make a real difference in their communities.

We are:

  • Currently on site or about to start on site on three major regeneration projects delivering some 1,500 homes
  • At the planning/preplanning stage for a further three schemes, including one in Plymouth
  • Creating better life chances for residents – last year we supported over 900 people into work and 100 into training; awarded 35 community grants and helped 3,824 people get online.
