Over 300 residents attended Clarion’s first Resident Engagement Days, held in five regions across the country.
After visiting a variety of information stands staffed by colleagues from across the business, residents were given a presentation on Clarion’s future direction. Residents were invited to select two out of three workshops to participate in: All things Digital, Community Inspectors or Your Property. Each Day concluded with a lively ‘Question Time’ style question and answer session where regional directors and board members responded to residents’ queries and feedback.
Vicky Bonner, director of housing, said: “We were absolutely delighted to see so many residents attend. It is great to see people taking an active interest in how we can best deliver our services. Feedback was incredibly useful and we’ll be considering all of it over the coming weeks.”
Clarion is always keen to work with residents who want to help shape and influence services in the future. Residents who would like to get involved can complete the Expression of Interest form or email email@example.com.
