In December 2015 the Boards of Affinity Sutton Group and Circle Housing Group approved a business case to merge. Affinity Sutton is now starting the next stage of the merger process which is to consult with its residents.
Affinity Sutton is seeking the views of residents on the merger and ideas on how it can make the most of the opportunities it offers. All feedback will be given to the Affinity Sutton Board and Board members will take this feedback into consideration before making any final decisions to merge.
The proposed new Group will build around 5,000 much-needed new homes a year and will increase by a third its investment in communities - enough to support 15,000 children to get a better start in life, help 4,000 people into work and 200 young people into apprenticeships every year.
