Clarion delivers 100% affordable housing scheme in Walthamstow
Clarion Housing Group has completed a £11m all-affordable housing development in Walthamstow.
An £11m all-affordable housing development in Walthamstow has been completed.
Calver Court, Clarion Housing’s latest project in Waltham Forest, replaces a former sheltered housing scheme with 27 well-sized flats for affordable rent, including three wheelchair adapted homes.
Located on Radbourne Crescent, Walthamstow, the development includes a mixture of one- and two-bedroom apartments and three-and four-bedroom maisonettes with outdoor patio space.

Clarion’s track record in Walthamstow
The project was granted planning permission by the council in late 2015 and work on site started in 2017.
Clarion Housing Group, the UK’s largest social landlord, has a strong track record of developing new homes in the borough including, most notably, its 350-home Banbury Park scheme on Billet Road which recently completed.
