About us

Clarion Housing Group is the largest social landlord in the country, with a heritage dating back over 100 years. As the largest housing association in the country, we provide good quality and affordable homes for people priced out of the property market. Over 350,000 people call a Clarion home their own. Everyone who lives in a Clarion home is able to access support from Clarion Futures (our charitable foundation) which invests £10 million per year in improving the lives of our residents and their communities. We are also a leading developer, building thousands of affordable homes every year, with a focus on creating sustainable and mixed communities.
