Delivering results
Our 4,235-strong team, working with hundreds of organisations across the UK, is focused on delivering for our residents.
In 2025–26, our Clarion Futures programme generated £125m in social value – the estimated value of the positive impact we created by supporting residents and their communities.
Some of our other achievements in 2025-26 include:
- 1,287 people helped into work
- 1,466 new homes built
- 10,000+ people given digital skills support
We have a G1/V1 rating from the Regulator of Social Housing for the way we are run and the health of our finances.
