Clarion Housing Group raises £300m 30-year sustainable bond

This successful issue follows the issuance of £350m and £300m sustainable bonds in January 2020 and November 2020 respectively.

Clarion Housing Group has raised £300m in a 30-year sustainable bond issue. The 30-year bond was priced at a coupon of 1.875 per cent and was significantly oversubscribed, with over £1bn in orders.

This successful issue follows the issuance of £350 million and £300 million sustainable bonds in January 2020 and November 2020 respectively and underlines the demand to support an organisation delivering strong financial results and which is building a record number of new homes.
