Update on the Eastfields Estate
Clarion has published a report on its investigation into the conditions on the Eastfield Estate.

That is why, when the unacceptable housing conditions experienced by some residents on our Eastfields Estate came to light we resolved to carry out an urgent investigation into what had gone wrong and report its findings.

Clarion is investing over £30m in our estates across the London Borough of Merton over the next five years and carrying out 500 repairs in homes every week.
We have knocked on the door of each and every home on the Eastfields estate in the summer of 2021, opened a new office on site and are committed to making sufficient investment in the estate while the regeneration progresses.
On 7 September 2021, we were pleased to announce that the final plans for Clarion Housing Group’s £1.3bn regeneration project in the London Borough of Merton (which includes the Eastfields estate) had been approved by the Council’s Cabinet.
