Clarion Housing Groups response to the Letwin Review
Clarion Housing Group responds to the Letwin Review, welcoming more diversity of housing.

“We welcome the Letwin Review’s proposals to promote a greater diversity of housing types and tenures on large building sites, which will not only deliver more affordable homes, but will speed up the rate of delivery."

“We are in favour of incentives to accelerate development, if we can strike the right balance and ensure landowners are not discouraged from releasing land. We now look forward to the government acting on the review and introducing policies to help us to deliver the homes this country needs.”
