Wednesday 4 May 2022 – statement for residents
On Tuesday 3 May an error in our system meant that some Clarion residents were over charged for their rent. We apologise unconditionally for this mistake and are sorry for the inconvenience it will have caused.
We can confirm that Clarion will refund all affected residents today (Wednesday 4th May). The money will be paid directly into your account and show as cleared funds by the end of today. Please contact us on 0300 500 8000 if you have any concerns or further questions.
