A Home, a Job, a Future

  • New report by the National Housing Federation examines the contributions housing associations make to employment, education and training.
  • More than a third (39%) of housing associations offer employment and skills support.
  • 28% of housing associations are planning to do so in the future.

The National Housing Federation has launched a new publication 'A Home, a Job, a Future' which showcases the significant contribution housing associations are making to support their tenants and communities into employment, education and training.

Affinity Sutton has contributed to the publication, providing a case study on its employment and training service for residents.
