Topping out celebrated at 100% affordable Station Road development in Merton
Clarion Housing Group has marked the topping out of its landmark 100% affordable housing development at 42 Station Road in Colliers Wood, Merton. The scheme, being delivered in partnership with The Hill Group, will provide 98 high-quality, energy-efficient homes for social rent.
The event celebrated the completion of the highest point of construction, with attendees including Brian Ham, Director of Major Projects at Clarion, Simon Trice, Managing Director at The Hill Group and other senior members of the respective development teams.
Set across two striking new buildings of 10 and 13 storeys, the development will feature a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, all with private balconies and modern, energy-efficient interiors. Designed with families in mind, the scheme will also include landscaped communal spaces, a riverside park, children’s play areas, and new commercial spaces.
