Clarion recognised as one of UK & Ireland’s top 50 Inspiring Workplaces

Clarion Housing Group has been recognised as one of the UK & Ireland’s Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces and as the UK & Ireland’s top non-profit Inspiring Workplace.

The two awards came at last night’s Inspiring Workplace Awards, which since 2015 have honoured organisations that go beyond policies and programmes to create environments where people feel valued, included and empowered to thrive.

In the first of two awards picked up on the night Clarion was awarded 38th most Inspiring Workplace in the UK & Ireland.

The judges said: “Clarion puts its people at the centre of its social mission to provide homes for those most in need. As the UK’s largest social housing provider, the organisation positions its employees as a key strategic pillar in achieving its purpose of valuing people, celebrating difference and reflecting the communities it serves.”
