Restoring social equality

Our objective is to generate social value for our residents by creating opportunity, improving wellbeing, security and inspiring pride of place.

This means investing in our residents and in our communities and to play our role in restoring social equality.

Delivering impact and value

From helping people into work to making homes more energy efficient, we’re more than a traditional landlord. We generated £130.3m in social value in 2024/25, bringing the total since 2016 to more than £1bn.

Healthy places

The existing communities we manage and new homes we deliver should act as a strong foundation for our residents to live happy and healthy lives.

Building resilience to climate change

Our residents shouldn't bear the brunt of the impacts which climate change will bring. As well as doing all we can to eliminate carbon emissions, we're committed to building resilience to the impacts of climate change across our existing and new communities.
