Delivering impact and value
From helping people into work to making homes more energy efficient, we’re more than a traditional landlord. We invested £15.9m in our communities this year, providing support ranging
from community investment to financial grants and hardship funding. Supporting our residents generated a record £155.9m in social value, repaying our investment many times over.
