The Resilience Programme is funded by Fusion 21 Foundation, Clarion Futures and Places for People in collaboration with Almond Tree Strategic Consulting. The programme has been designed to support not-for-profit partners with bespoke consultancy support and funding opportunities to scale their work and increase long-term sustainability and resilience. This will inevitably help partners continue to deliver a great impact for the communities they serve.
As part of this programme, we also offer a wider set of training and resources, available to anyone who wants to learn more about key issues facing charities and small impact-focused businesses, such as diversifying income, creating resilience, fundraising and new ways of working.
