Clarion Housing Group is the UK’s largest provider of affordable housing, and employs 4,000 people. In addition to our housing association, we have a charitable foundation Clarion Futures, and a development arm, Latimer.
In 2022-23:

- £1bn+ spent with them as part of our work to provide homes for those who need them most.
Social value and environmental impacts are among the criteria for our major procurements of goods, works and services.
We look to build lasting relationships with our partners, and have a diverse range of national and local suppliers and contractors of all sizes.

Our approach to supply assurance and supplier due diligence
Clarion Housing Group is committed to delivering and maintaining an ethical and sustainable supply chain.
Our procurement, supplier assurance and due diligence processes and policies are designed to ensure that our suppliers share our values and meet our standards for quality, sustainability, and compliance. Our suppliers are asked to demonstrate a high level of assurance.
Clarion has chosen Achilles Information Limited as its assurance and due diligence provider to manage, on our behalf, the supplier assurance aspects of our procurement and contract management procedures.
If you wish to become a supplier of goods and services for Clarion Housing Group, you should enrol with Achilles Information Limited and become a supplier with Silver + Achilles Network status, however not having this registration does not bar you from bidding for Clarion contracts.

We are bound by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and tender large contracts. We also have Dynamic Purchasing Systems, valued at more than £960m (including VAT). Suppliers and contractors can apply to join these at any time.
