"This year brought the strength of Clarion’s governance into sharp focus. Our first planned inspection under the new consumer standards, ongoing building safety obligations and the wider pressures facing the social housing sector have all required the Board to continue providing careful oversight and active engagement with significant decisions."

Putting residents first

At Clarion, our residents are at the heart of everything we do, and in our 126th year we’ve remained focused on improving their experience, supporting them through life’s challenges, and delivering the safe, high-quality homes they deserve.
Customer satisfaction rose to 85.6%, with repairs satisfaction at 91.1%, reflecting the positive impact of our investment in services and new ways of working.
Our teams across our communities also supported over 1,250 people into jobs, 10,000 with digital skills, and gave out nearly £1 million in grants to local organisations.
Through Clarion Futures, we’ve now delivered over £1 billion in social value since 2016 – supporting residents to build better futures.

Delivering safe, sustainable homes

As the UK’s largest social landlord, we continued to invest heavily in both new and existing homes to ensure they are safe, sustainable, and fit for the future.
We have invested over £700 million in new and existing affordable homes, while spending £450 million improving and maintaining existing homes, supported by our Clarion Response team who have a 91.1% repair satisfaction rate.
