Making a difference to our customers

Making a difference to our homes and communities
We spent £1m a day and a total of £397m on improving and maintaining our existing homes, increasing their energy efficiency and carrying out more than 1,000 repairs every day to keep our residents' homes safe, comfortable and secure.
Transforming neighbourhoods
We are breathing new life into neighbourhoods through our 1.3bn regeneration programme that will see some 2,800 new homes built in Merton and over 20,000 new homes across the country.
Making a difference to our people
Over the last year, we welcomed more than 1,100 new colleagues, and we supported more than 160 to progress their careers by doubling the funding we provide for people to pursue professional qualifications.
Making a difference to our business
We have maintained the highest possible rating of G1 for governance, and we have strong credit ratings from Moody's (A3) and Standard & Poor's (A-). Our financial strength allows us to invest in new homes and communities, and support our residents.
