Repairs and maintenance for our residents
Clarion Response’s skilled and experienced tradespeople work to ensure our residents’ homes are safe, comfortable and secure.
We work around the clock to help residents with problems that need fixing. Clarion Response deals with emergencies within 24 hours and routine repairs with in 28 days.
Our residents are able to book repairs visits in a variety of ways, including online booking. An ‘On My Way’ app enables residents to track the progress of the repair team sent to their home.
We also provide videos showing residents how to do simple jobs in the home. And share tips on things such as tackling mould.

Sustainable building maintenance
The importance we place on repairing and maintaining our homes is part of a wider drive to deliver for our residents and create sustainable homes and communities. We’re embedding sustainability across our operations, and Clarion Response is no exception.
Following a successful trial of electric vans in 2020-21, we are expanding our electric fleet. We have ordered more than 50 vehicles for our Clarion Response and estate services teams.
We’re focused on maintenance, to try to reduce the time and resources spent on reactive repairs. This is part of our commitment to value for money and customer satisfaction.
