Helping people into employment
Clarion Housing Group’s charitable foundation, Clarion Futures, has helped thousands of people into work since its launch in 2017.
In 2024-25, we worked with our partners across the country to help 1,505 people into work.
Our trained specialists work to help our residents by:
- Giving careers advice
- Helping with interview techniques
- Putting CVs together
- Working with Microsoft to deliver free digital skills training for our residents
- Providing support in finding employment and training
Personalised support packages help people overcome obstacles and gain the skills they need. We help people to enter or return to the workplace and fulfil their potential.
Employers have a vital role in our jobs and training programme. They provide work placements, apprenticeships, and job opportunities.
The work we do to help people find work or training is part of one of the country’s biggest programmes of social investment, run by Clarion Futures.

We can help you find apprenticeships for the people you work with and advise you on the best options for them.
Our team of mentors can support apprentices directly, and can also offer you training and advice on developing your apprenticeship programmes.
