Mark Hattersley, Chief Financial Officer
Mark is Chair of Clarion Housing Group’s Investment Committee and is responsible for all aspects of our finances, with a focus on financial strategy.
He’s a chartered accountant and prior to joining Clarion spent five years as Chief Financial Officer at Sovereign Housing Association. Mark has also held senior roles at Staffordshire University, where he was Director of Finance & Infrastructure; and Birmingham International Airport, where he was Finance Director.

Andrew is responsible for managing Clarion Housing Group’s debt portfolio, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering our treasury strategy.
A Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers, and a chartered accountant, Andrew began his career at Bupa. He rose to become Treasury Manager at the healthcare company before joining FTSE-listed food casing manufacturer Devro plc as Group Treasurer.
Andrew has experience as a Non-Executive Director at Colne Housing and Freebridge Community Housing, Treasury Committee Member at Optivo, and as an Investment Committee Member at Eastlight Community Homes. He is currently a Board Member of Havebury Housing Partnership in his home town of Bury St Edmunds.
