Diversity and inclusion are part of our DNA.

One in five of our staff are from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds.

Women make up 55% of our workforce, with our Group Executive Team evenly split between gender.

Our median gender pay gap as of 5 April 2020 was 5.22%. This is significantly lower than the 15.5% average for all employees across the UK.

As part of our wider commitment to understanding and improving diversity and inclusion, in 2021 we started  voluntarily reporting our ethnicity pay gap – which stood at -0.18% as of 5 April 2020.
