Roles at Clarion

Opportunities

You may be a school leaver or graduate looking for your first break, a senior executive with ambitions of leading an organisation, or somewhere between the two. Clarion Housing Group is always looking for the most talented people from a diverse range of backgrounds to help us in our mission to provide homes for those who need them most.

As the country’s biggest housing association, we’re a popular choice with graduates wanting to make their mark in the housing sector.

We also offer degree apprenticeships leading to professional memberships of bodies such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

In addition to housing roles, we have opportunities within our charitable foundation, Clarion Futures, and our development arm, Latimer.

Here are just some of the areas that Clarion Housing Group offers careers in:

  • Sales & marketing
  • Construction trades
  • Law
  • Accountancy
  • IT

Careers with a purpose

Clarion colleagues explain our culture, what it’s like to work at Clarion Housing Group, and how we invest in our people.

“The exciting thing about working for Clarion is just the size and breadth of our business that opens up opportunities for everybody. We work in development, we work across the corporate suite, and we are big in technology and transformation.”

Ben Rainforth-Gott, Director of Organisational Development
